Everything you need to know before selling — offers, pickup, paperwork, payment, titles, liens. All in one place.
Getting an offer.
01 · 6 questions
How quickly can I get an offer?
Most offers come back within minutes of submitting your vehicle info. A real human reviews every quote — there are no auto-generated teaser numbers.
Do I need to provide a VIN?
Not upfront. We only need year, make, model, mileage, and ZIP to generate your offer. The VIN is collected when we schedule pickup.
Is the offer binding?
Yes — as long as the car’s condition matches what you described. We do a quick walk-around at pickup to verify, and that’s it. What we quote is what you’re paid.
How do I know you're paying fair market?
We pay up to 10% more than CarMax, Carvana, and dealer trade-ins on average. Bring us a higher written offer from a licensed competitor and we’ll beat it.
Does getting an offer affect my credit?
No. We don’t run any credit checks. There’s no sign-up, no account, no personal info beyond what’s needed to schedule pickup.
How long does the offer stay valid?
Offers are valid for 7 days from issue. If market conditions shift dramatically during that window, we’ll let you know before pickup — but we honor the quote in almost every case.
Pickup & payment.
02 · 6 questions
Is there a fee for pickup?
Never. Pickup is free across the entire state of Florida. We come to your home, office, or mechanic at a time that suits you.
How do I get paid?
You choose at pickup — cash, Zelle, or certified check. Payment clears before we drive off with the car.
How soon after accepting the offer can you pick up?
Same day is usually possible if you book before noon. Otherwise, next business day. 92% of our pickups happen within 24 hours of offer acceptance.
Do I need to be there in person?
Yes — the legal titleholder needs to be present with a valid ID to sign over the title and receive payment. If you can’t be there, we can work out alternatives via notarized documents.
What areas do you serve?
All of Florida. Our lot is in Delray Beach, and we pick up from Key West to Pensacola — Miami, Orlando, Tampa, Jacksonville, and everywhere in between.
What if the car can't be driven?
No problem. We bring a flatbed or tow truck at no extra cost. Non-running vehicles are a normal part of our business.
Paperwork & titles.
03 · 6 questions
What paperwork do I need?
Just your title and a valid ID. That’s it. We bring the bill of sale, odometer statement, release of liability, and anything else we need — pre-filled.
What if my title is lost or damaged?
We can usually help you get a duplicate title in most Florida cases. Call us first — we’ll walk you through the steps, and in some situations we can facilitate the DMV replacement for you.
What if I still owe money on the car?
We pay your lender directly and put the remaining balance in your pocket. Both positive and negative equity situations are handled — we’ll walk you through every step.
Do I need to cancel my registration?
We file the release of liability for you at pickup, which removes the car from your name with the DMV. You’ll want to cancel your insurance separately once the deal is closed.
Can someone else sell the car for me (power of attorney)?
Yes — with a valid, notarized power of attorney specific to the vehicle. Let us know in advance so we can verify everything is in order before pickup.
What about sales tax?
When you sell a car in Florida, there’s no sales tax owed on your end — the tax is collected at the buyer’s registration. We handle all the tax paperwork on our side.

Do you buy cars that don't run?
Yes. Non-runners, salvage, flood, rebuilt, high-mileage, cars with liens — if it has a VIN, we’ll give you an offer.
Do you buy trucks and SUVs?
Absolutely. Cars, trucks, SUVs, vans — any personal vehicle. We also handle commercial vehicles in many cases; just mention it when you reach out.
Will you buy a salvage or rebuilt-title car?
Yes — our national buyer network means we pay strong prices for salvage and rebuilt titles when others won’t touch them.
Do you buy luxury or exotic cars?
Yes. From daily drivers to high-end Mercedes, BMW, Porsche, Tesla, and exotic vehicles — we’re happy to make you an offer.
What about cars with flood or accident damage?
Yes — flood, accident, collision, frame damage, airbag deployment. Tell us the history up front and we’ll factor it into the offer.
Do you buy classic or antique cars?
On a case-by-case basis. We have buyers who specialize in classics — call us with the year, make, model, and condition, and we’ll connect it with the right buyer.
